Before starting the company, Gary spent over 10 years as an appraiser at the Lubbock Central Appraisal District, giving him valuable firsthand knowledge of how property values are determined and defended.
In addition, Gary served the Lubbock community for nearly 20 years as a licensed Professional Inspector, further strengthening his expertise in residential property condition and valuation factors. His combined experience provides clients with a powerful advantage when negotiating with the appraisal district and presenting cases before the Appraisal Review Board.

Brandi joined ACE of TEXAS in 2018 and brings deep local knowledge and appraisal experience to the team. A lifelong Lubbock resident, she previously worked at the Lubbock Central Appraisal District for nearly four years, where she served as a Senior Appraiser.

Marcus joined the ACE of TEXAS team in 2024, bringing extensive real estate valuation experience. He began his career at the Lubbock Central Appraisal District before becoming a Certified Residential Real Estate Fee Appraiser, a role he has held for the past six years.
